In these workshops you will:

Develop deeper listening and focusing skills through exercises designed to teach participants to center in on whats being said, and whats being done around you, rather than internal distractions.

Understand and experience that listening and seeing is more than just hearing words, and looking at something it's sensing, and understanding the essence of what's being conveyed, which leads to stronger communication.

Learn to create a collaborative environment for solving problems and completing tasks.
