PAM McMILLEN, Anna Maria Island jewelry and fiber artist, has been chosen as Featured Artist for August at Island Gallery West. Pam is well-known for her handmade baskets and Beach Star Designs bracelets, and she has recently added chain mail jewelry as a new medium. The theme of her exhibit will be "You've Got Chain Mail."

Island Gallery West, located at 5368 Gulf Dr., Holmes Beach, is a co-operative of 25 local artists offering original, affordable fine art. Mediums available are watercolor, acrylic, oil and mixed-media paintings, fiber art purses, baskets, jewelry, scarves, photography, stained glass and greeting cards.
