- A little about me (so that you know I am a real person and not a spammer!)
- I had several positions as a production artist, graphic designer and computer artist for several major corporations in the Cincinnati area for over fifteen years. Then in 2003 I was diagnosed with macular degeneration and was forced to resign as a computer artist.
I was devastated and depressed because this decease forced me to give up a career that I really loved. I decided that this illness was not going to control my life and keep me from my one true passion, art.
Since 2004 I have been involved with the Inner Eye arts program, affiliated with the Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Then in 2005 I became involved with Art Beyond Boundaries, a gallery designed for artist with disabilities, sponsored by the Center for Independent Living Options Inc.
